We try to deliver the products you order where you want to receive them.
There is only a regular shipping option, with a fee of €4.92 for mainland Portugal, and of €19.90 for Azores and Madeira.
If your order is to be delivered in one of our international delivery locations, your order might be subject to customs or importation costs in the destination. Therefore, the shipping costs will vary, depending on the selected location.
We try to deliver within the deadline indicated by us at the time of ordering. We try to deliver within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays in those countries) from the date of any order we accept, but we can not guarantee any exact delivery dates. We will attempt to inform you if we are unable to meet the expected delivery date but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from late delivery.
When you receive the product, you may be asked to sign the delivery. The customer agrees to inspect the product for any errors, defects or damages before signing the delivery. You need to keep the receipt for the product delivered in the event of any further discussions with us about the products. All risks of the product will be transmitted to the customer after delivery, unless the delivery is delayed due to a breach of its obligations under a contract, the risk will be transmitted on the date on which the delivery would have occurred had it not been for non-compliance. From the moment the risk passes to you, we will not be responsible for the loss or destruction of the product. The Products are yours upon receipt by us of the full payment, including all applicable delivery costs. If you are not present to accept delivery or collection, we will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection by the carrier. If the delivery or collection is delayed due to an unreasonable refusal on your part to accept the delivery, or if you do not accept (within two weeks of the first attempt to deliver the product) the delivery or collection of the product by the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or form of repair that is available to us) to stop making the product available for delivery or collection and to notify you that we proceed immediately to cancel the respective agreement, in which case we will proceed with the refund directly or through the credit or debit, as the case may be, of any amount already paid under the applicable agreement.
